Leo Carney Park

Leo Carney Park sits on the Bucketts Way, next to the tennis courts, and is home to Krambach's WWI memorial avenue and honour roll. Camphor Laurel trees were planted along the avenue on 30 August 1919 in honour of the 46 local soldiers who served in the First World War, and a black-granite monument was added in April 2002 to commemorate the planting. It reads: "This memorial commemorates the memorial avenue of trees planted hereabouts on 30.8.1919 in honour of the 46 soldiers of Krambach who served Australia in World War One. Lest We Forget."

The park itself is a small, easygoing spot with a playground, picnic tables and BBQs, and it's where the village gathers each year for the ANZAC Day service.
